The Receptionist is often the first point of contact for visitors and an essential part of the F_OS team. The Digital Fabrication Specialist is responsible for the application and integration of hardware used to streamline the F_OS production process. The Digital Fabrication Specialist reports directly to the VP of Technology + Innovation and works to validate, maintain and deploy tools to enhance key production workflows, as well as train production team members in the use of new production machinery. The Quality Control Inspector reviews and documents work product at each stage of the unique manufacturing process. This position works closely with third party inspectors and internal production teams to ensure work conforms to both local and state code requirements, and meets rigorous internal quality standards. QC team members are responsible for visually inspecting work, reviewing test procedures, and documenting each step of the quality control process. Must have knowledge of building codes and be able to interpret project drawings and specifications.

Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for interfacing directly with prospective and active clients and their design teams for facilitating sales and commencing the preliminary design process. Specifically, the Business Development manager will work with prospective clients to understand their design intent and program, review and provide guidance on existing design plans, conduct client meetings that include factory tours and fabrication process overviews, provide conceptual designs, provide input for F_OS modular feasibility analyses, and assist design team with fabrication/shop drawings, in addition to other design requirements as needed.
