Terner Center and Factory_OS Host Lindbacks

In October 2017, the Terner Center for Housing Innovation and Factory_OS had the pleasure of hosting Lindbacks in the Bay Area. Swedish-based Lindbacks is one of the preeminent off-site manufacturers in the world, and over the course of the weeklong visit, we learned a great deal from this experienced off-site manufacturer.
Delancy St strategic partnership developed

Factory_OS formed a strategic alliance with the Delancey Street Foundation and will be working with the Foundation to provide vocational training for substance abusers and convicted criminals.
Union Agreement Signed
August 12, 2017
Factory_OS signed a Union Agreement with the Northern California Carpenters Regional Council and is proud to announce that it will be employing Bay Area union laborers to build housing.
Holliday Development takes possession of building on Mare Island

After signing a lease with Lennar Mare Island, Factory_OS took possession of 1245 Nimitz Avenue in Vallejo, CA (Building 680 on Mare Island). This building consists of approximately 256,000 Square Feet and serves as the headquarters of Factory_OS.
Holliday Development + Cannon Constructors complete modular housing project

Holliday Development (as developer) and Cannon Constructors (as General Contractor) completed the construction of 5880 3rd St. in San Francisco. This 136-unit project in the Bayview neighborhood is the largest multifamily, off-site construction project in the history of San Francisco.
