Today Ana Arias brought us homemade cupcakes with icing colored by fresh fruit. Ana, originally from Guatemala, now lives locally close to her family including 10 grandchildren! A wiz at math and the ability to cook up a storm, we will be receiving more tasty treats from Ana in the future. BTW....Ana is also Omar Martinez' mom!

Meet Kimberly Nettles! Kimberly grew up in the Vallejo/Benicia area and is still living locally. After high school she worked as a waitress for 15 years in a number of local establishments but wanted more. A friend told her about Factory_OS and she was inspired to see what was happening on Marie Island.

The Andertons, father Jeff and son Jason, both work at Factory_OS in Vallejo manufacturing much needed housing for the Bay Area. Jeff, who leads up the soffit framing and installation for FOS, introduced his son to the new method of building housing.

Jay Bradshaw is the Director of Organizing for the Regional Council of Carpenters which covers 36,000 carpenters. He works to support the industry by organizing new companies, bringing in new workers and is involved in the evolution of the industry including factory onsite construction.

Factory_OS CEO Rick Holliday (aka Elwood) and COO Larry Pace (aka Jake) are on a "Mission from God" to make a big dent in the housing crisis!
